Shipping & Returns

Shipping

No freight charge applies and we ship to all valid postal addresses within Australia, including PO boxes. Our usual shipping service is Express Post.

Returns

If you have received a product in error, or the product is faulty, we will replace your product and provide for any postage charges incurred by you in returning your product to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Product returns must be unused and in good condition.

Products will not be exchanged for change of mind.

All returns must be advised within 14 days.

When you purchase from our official site, you will be asked to enter your usual Jan Marini consultant or clinic before you can proceed with your purchase.

If you do not have a Jan Marini consultant please enter “none” in the field. For optimal results your skin should be managed professionally when using Jan Marini Skincare Products, please contact us for details for your nearest Jan Marini Clinician.
